Pyndra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that workout plans generated by the app are suitable for your individual fitness level or health condition. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any new exercise program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chalkbyte Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury resulting from workout plans generated through the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
